• Bachelor’s Degree or a Master’s Degree in a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of consultative outside sales and business development experience. Proven track record of consultative sales success. Some inside sales experience is a plus.
• Experience in the hospitality, vacation rental or short let industry, real estate development sales or travel is a strong plus.
• Motivation to work with a small, technology-enabled team in a fast-growing company.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Self-motivated, problem-solving, hard-working individual style to establish and achieve specific goals in a dynamic start-up environment with changing products and little oversight.
• General understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media prospecting.
• Experience with sales management systems (ideally CRM), general online technology savvy and proficiency with MS Office and related software.
