Job Description

  • Review pending product compliance based backend blocks
  • Review and management of quality control for all IP infringement content related cases
  • Management of  luxury brands and daily checks for counterfeit products within stipulated SLA including newly created products and updated products
  • Ensure all products go live are authentic & are in correct categories, good product image(s), good & accurate content
  • Onsite QC/Brand Management – Ensure only authorized vendors are permitted to list banned & restricted brands with proper management of the stipulated Brand Management Sheets.
  • Review of product content for compliance inline with regulatory requirement
  • Management of product content mandatory attributes compliance
  • Management of all regulatory.

Job Requirement

  • Decent knowledge of microsoft office tools
  • Familiar with international and luxury brand
  • Familiar with intellectual property laws
  • Proper knowledge of product regulatory requirements
  • Strong communication skills (Written & Oral)
  • A keen eye for details
  • A desire to improve existing process
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, hardworking with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Proactive and able to show initiative to foresee / resolve issues
  • Web scaping knowledge
  • Good command of MS Office & Excel
  • Details oriented, problem solving & good Communication skills
  • Portfolio of published articles
  • Experience doing research using multiple sources
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Data management skill.
