• Candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2-3 years Experience as a Loan recovery staff in a loan company
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work without supervision.
• Have a good management skills
• Ability to be able to coordinate his/her team successfully.
