  • We are looking for an organized sales and marketing manager to assist in the advertising and selling of our company’s products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the achievement of the brand’s annual growth by providing efficient Marketing support.
  • Develop and maintain high-level relationships to serve as a trusted consultant to clients and networks
  • Implement strategic sales and marketing plans along with initiatives to include but not limited to interacting with internal and external existing and prospective clients, solicitation efforts and securing business
  • Responsible for all marketing and sales activities, from lead generation through contract closing and acquisition of new business.
  • Execute the operational aspects of generating proposals, contract completion, and customer correspondence.
  • Ensure that all retailers are kept up to date with current and new products launches as well as relevant support sales material (master catalogue, etc).
  • Maintaining effective customer relationship management by assisting enquiries from all retailers and customers.
  • Plan & execute brand events with corporate store, retailers & external venues whilst maintain Brand values and budget constraints.
  • Maintain a database for potential clients and referral contacts
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.


  • 2 – 4 years of experience in sales and marketing in education or a related field
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in media for premium consumer brands, either agency or client-side work.
  • Passion for the luxury fragrances and perfumes
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • A track record of success in converting client leads into customers and executing contracts
  • Ability to build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
