About the Role

  • We intend to grow our online acquisition globally. We also intend to be very visible on all online channels. We’re looking for someone with successful online ads buying experience to build out our online ads system in conjunction with our agencies.
  • This person will also be responsible for our reporting as they’ll be able to analyze all our efforts and make useful recommendations.

Responsibilities
Ownership of The Top of the funnel:

  • You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing all lead acquisition channels, online and offline
  • You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, customer success, and service delivery teams to craft campaigns that drive lead acquisition
  • You’ll work with Product and engineering to create landing pages that convert
  • You’ll work with the content team to make content that holds attention and drives action
  • You’ll keep the performance of campaigns across channels at the tip of your fingers, and draw actionable insights regularly
  • Meet specific lead generation target numbers that drive business growth
  • You’ll be proactive in chasing growth opportunities for the business
  • You’ll be directly responsible for the conversion funnel across all channels, managing our spending budget, while continuously optimizing around lead acquisition costs

Experimentation:

  • You’ll create and manage processes around (A/B) testing and experimentation
  • Maintain a system that tracks all our lead acquisition experiments and our progress with each experiment

Reporting:

  • You’ll take the lead on detailed reporting and analysis of all our lead generation efforts
  • You’ll be primarily responsible for helping the business understand what it means, and generating actionable insights from them

Job Requirements
You’ll be a great fit if you have the following skills:

  • You have 3-5 years of experience driving high-volume, high-quality lead acquisition for products
  • You have a good grasp of spreadsheets and analytics tools
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are keen on getting better at both
  • You’ll constantly search for and remain on top of paid acquisition trends and best practices
  • You have a very experimental mindset, and understand that the work in the funnel is never truly done
  • You have a deep sense of ownership of your work, and a high degree of attention to detail
  • You’re creative, ROI-driven, always looking for more effective ways to execute, and have an analytical approach to execution
  • You have experience managing lead acquisition across various channels, including but not limited to; social, search, content, and offline channels
  • You have experience optimizing various aspects of a PPC campaign; keyword research, bid management, copy and creatives, landing pages, and the general acquisition funnel
  • You have a good grasp of Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter advertising platforms
  • You have a good grasp of HTML and most emailing platform
  • You have experience conducting A/B tests and optimizations
