Job Title: Institutional Sales Lead
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Managing sales and service for brands owned or managed by the company across various Government and Private institutes
- Preparing sales and distribution plan for the year and implementing the same successfully
- Identifying and cultivating prospects and/or clients, takes initiative and follows up on new business opportunities
- Leading new business meetings, negotiating and closing sales with institutions
- Reporting competition activity on product, price, placement & offers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
- Dynamic sales professional with 5 to 10 years Institutional sales experience with prominent FMCG brands.
- Should have an aggressive sales mindset, thorough knowledge of B2B business with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:
- Self-Motivated with Positive attitude; High integrity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and willing to leverage relationships
- Willing to contribute to the business and grow aggressively.
Salary
N150,000 – N170,000 Monthly.
