We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Institutional Sales Lead

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities / Duties

  • Managing sales and service for brands owned or managed by the company across various Government and Private institutes
  • Preparing sales and distribution plan for the year and implementing the same successfully
  • Identifying and cultivating prospects and/or clients, takes initiative and follows up on new business opportunities
  • Leading new business meetings, negotiating and closing sales with institutions
  • Reporting competition activity on product, price, placement & offers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  • Dynamic sales professional with 5 to 10 years Institutional sales experience with prominent FMCG brands.
  • Should have an aggressive sales mindset, thorough knowledge of B2B business with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:

  • Self-Motivated with Positive attitude; High integrity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and willing to leverage relationships
  • Willing to contribute to the business and grow aggressively.

Salary
N150,000 – N170,000 Monthly.
