Job Title: Human Resource & Administrative Manager

Job Description

  • Oversee the recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes.
  • Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions.
  • Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Work with Director to resolve employee relations issues.
  • Coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
  • Organise performance management processes.
  • Facilitate job analysis and update job descriptions.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies across the organization.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Management, Administration, or any other related field.
  • An M.Sc / MBA is an added advantage but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role.
  • Possession of CIPM, SHRM, and CIPD is an added advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Ability to define problems, establishes facts, analyze situations and make decisions.
  • Note: Prior working experience as HR Generalist is a plus but not compulsory.
