Job Title: Human Resource & Administrative Manager
Employment Type: Permanent Job, Full-time

- Oversee the recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes.
- Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions.
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
- Work with Director to resolve employee relations issues.
- Coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
- Organise performance management processes.
- Facilitate job analysis and update job descriptions.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies across the organization.
- B.Sc / HND in Management, Administration, or any other related field.
- An M.Sc / MBA is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role.
- Possession of CIPM, SHRM, and CIPD is an added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Ability to define problems, establishes facts, analyze situations and make decisions.
- Note: Prior working experience as HR Generalist is a plus but not compulsory.
Very competitive as per the industry standards.
