We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Growth, Nigeria

Location: Lekki, Lagos

The Role

  • Flutterwave is looking to fill a Head Flutterwave of Growth in Nigeria.
  • This role will primarily be responsible for sales and revenue generation as well as business growth.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be Like

  • Implement sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines
  • Assist in refining sales policies, processes and procedures
  • Drive business relationships between Flutterwave and potential partners (e.g. Financial services institutions, Corporates, SMEs, Fintechs, etc)
  • Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products
  • Attend workshops, trade shows and seminars to keep up-to-date with changes in the industry
  • Ensure effective management of relationships with key customers and accounts
  • Review sales performance against set targets on a periodic basis and discuss action plans for improvement with executive management
  • Prepare sales reports for Managements review (weekly, monthly and quarterly)
  • Ensure that customer complaints are investigated and promptly resolved across all channels
  • Conduct sales pitch, deal negotiations and closures
  • Manage incoming projects and coordinate with relevant teams on project requirements, delivery and execution

Requirements
Required Competency and Skillset to be a waver:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales/business development
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the organization’s product and service offerings
  • In depth understanding of sales systems to support successful sales delivery
  • Good knowledge of Fintech, finance and digital banking
  • Good knowledge of banking, fintech environment or lending function.
  • Efficient multi-tasker and ability to work & deliver under pressure
  • Experience creating and presenting reports to executive management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Excellent relationship management skill

Other Requirements: Flutterwave

  • Being a national or resident of Nigeria would be an added advantage.
