Job Title: Digital Customer Service Representative
Location: Mende – Maryland, Lagos

Job Duties
- Taking customers’ orders through different social media.
- processing of forms, applications, and requests through different social media.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries about the products.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements
- HND / BSc in a related field from a recognized institution.
- 23-30 years
- 0-1 year of experience.
- Must be computer literate
- Must be a fast finger and must be able to type fast on social media
- Preferably females for gender balance
- Must reside around Maryland, Ikeja, Anthony, Ketu, Oshodi, Shomolu and Bariga.
Salary
- N40,000 monthly.
