Mecho Autotech is a tech-enabled automobile technicians’ aggregator, designed to provide end to end automobile maintenance services to business and individuals. Using technology, we seek to provide a seamless maintenance and repair solutions for vehicle owners across Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Auto-Parts Inventory Officer

Location: Alagomeji, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities
A typical day on the job will involve;

  • Taking regular Inventory of Parts and place orders when necessary.
  • Ensure that all parts purchased corresponds with the invoice quantity upon receipts from vendors.
  • Ensure that proper documentation is maintained and display parts in an Organised manner.
  • Ensure that all parts ordered from vendors are delivered timely.
  • Ensure that all invoices from vendors are processed for payment.
  • Ensure availability of Auto- Parts as at when required.
  • Prepare weekly inventory stock reports for the head of Auto- Parts unit.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND
  • 3 – 5 years proven experience as an Auto-Parts Inventory officer.
  • Strong demonstrated use of Excel and Word.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Organizational and Logistics skills.
  • Automotive Experience.
  • Excellent Time management and communication skills.
  • Experience in startups is a strong plus.
