Job Title: Agency Manager
Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Field: Administration / Secretarial
- Recruit and train financial planners for the Unit.
- Ensures that the production and profitability budget of the Unit is achieved.
- Participates in the financial planners’ recruitment process for the Agency.
- Supports the Unit financial planners in closing business and general sales activities.
- Prepares agreed unit reports and submit to the Agency Manager.
- Engages in marketing to meet the personal target.
Qualification, Skills & Experience
- B.Sc / HND in any discipline from a recognized institution
- 5 – 10 years post-graduation working career in any Financial institution.
- A great flair for marketing
- Must Reside in Ibadan.
Basic salary with commission.
