Job Title: Administrative Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary

  • As the Administrative Manager, you will be in charge of coordinating the organization’s administrative processes and managing documentation.

Duties

  • Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes;
  • Managing proper documentation across all departments and levels of operations;
  • Recruiting and training new employees;
  • Regularly assessing staff performance and providing coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency;
  • Ensuring the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business functions; Clenn and Peak Consultancy Limited
  • Managing business schedules and deadlines;
  • Ensuring that business operations and employee activities adhere to policies and regulations;
  • Working with the accounting and operations teams to set budgets, monitor spending, process payroll and other expenses;
  • Providing periodic reports to the management team.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / BA in Business Administration or related field.
  • Verifiable minimum 5 years’ experience in a requisite position, preferably in a managerial capacity;
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office;
  • Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills;

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 / month.
