We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: IT Support Officer
- The IT support officer will be mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems, routers, switches, internet and ensure users get maximum benefits from them.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
- Setting up accounts for new users.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Testing new technology.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support or similar role.
- Must be smart and young.
- Knowledge of hardware and troubleshooting is mandatory.
- Must have a basic understanding of web development and design.
