Manage all HR activities:
Recruitment (Placement, Shortlisting, Onboarding and Offer, etc)
HMO, NSTIF, GLI & GRA
Staff Welfare
Training & Development
Performance Management
KSS or other inhouse meeting forum management
ITF Reimbursement ( very important)
Head Count Analysis and Manpower planning
Drawing up HR expenditure & budget ( under supervision)
Staff Conflict Resolution amongst other related issues.
Payroll Administration & Analysis.
