Job Description

  • In-depth knowledge of the menu to answer guests’ questions and serve them their orders.
  • Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.
  • Engaging with guests to ensure they’re happy with food and service.
  • Collaborate with chef and kitchen staff to prepare customer take-out orders and pack them correctly in a timely manner.
  • Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
  • Answering phone calls, order fulfillments, and providing assistance to customers’ special requests.
  • Compliance with all health policies of the kitchen and proper use and maintenance of its equipment.
  • Keeping up with key performance indicators
  • Implement retention strategies by interacting with customers.
  • Manage inventory of the restaurant.
  • Providing great customer service.

Job Requirement

  • Candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
  • 2 – 3 years work experience.
