The Business Manager plays a pivotal role in the Real Estate industry, engaging in 70% Business Development and 30% operations management.
This position involves a seamless combination of business development and team management.
The primary responsibilities include establishing the organization’s market position, identifying and nurturing business relationships, executing business plans and marketing objectives to optimize revenue, and overseeing all aspects of the business, including the implementation of quality and performance standards.
The Business Manager also plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and setting strategic goals for the organization’s future growth.
Engage in business development by identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients.
Analyze market opportunities and identify target clients for the organization’s growth.
Create quarterly marketing plans to expand the client base, enhance retention, and generate referrals.
Collaborate with web-hosting companies and vendors to improve business prospects.
Prepare compelling written proposals for existing and prospective clients.
Stay updated with product applications, technical services, market trends, and competitive activities.
Provide comprehensive client engagement reports.
Supervise employees, providing constructive feedback to enhance efficiency.
Organize and coordinate operations to maximize productivity.
Evaluate overall company performance against objectives.
Manage the presentation of products and services in partnership with Marketing, Product Development, IT, Revenue Management, and Business Development teams.
Develop strategies to increase sales and profits through digital channels.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, with an MBA as an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
3 to 5 years of e-Commerce experience.
Experience with Transportation (Uber/Bolt), Fintech (Paga), and Retail POS systems is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated capability to identify and prioritize tasks, effectively allocate necessary resources, and develop comprehensive plans for successful execution.
Proficient in articulating ideas with excellence in both written and verbal communication, adept at conveying complex concepts in a thought-provoking manner.
Possesses the confidence to adapt and be flexible when necessary, while also displaying the ability to make firm decisions when the situation demands it.
Skilled in building cohesive and strong teams that align with the organization’s mission and vision. Capable of fostering team development, minimizing conflicts, and managing team dynamics effectively.
