Job Title: Access Control Specialist
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time
Job Responsibilities
- Implementing security measures such as background checks, badge access control systems, and computer network protection (firewalls).
- Manage access card production queues.
- Monitoring and checking Access cards
- Checking data integrity of Users
- Monitoring security systems for signs of intruders or other threats.
- Conduct random security checks on the access device.
- Support the team’s adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly SLAs
- Provide process improvement and system enhancement input based on day-to-day experience
- Managing physical security systems such as surveillance cameras, keycard access systems, and alarms.
- Assesses operational needs regarding the Access Control System.
- Troubleshoot and makes modifications to a variety of access control board card readers, electronics locks, and other supportive devices.
- Verifies field hardware interface and integration with other security systems.
- Oversees the maintenance and replacement of tools and various peripheral devices including exit device requests, contacts, and door-locking hardware.
- Coordinating with law enforcement agencies to respond to security threats
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years experience.
